Johns Hopkins University is a world leader in research and education in many different fields. The graduate programs at Johns Hopkins University are offered through nine different schools: Krieger School of Arts & Sciences, Whiting School of Engineering, Carey Business School, School of Education, Nitze School of Advanced International Studies, School of Medicine, School of Nursing, Peabody Institute, and Bloomberg School of Public Health. The schools of Arts, Sciences, and Engineering offer graduate education in 34 programs that span the humanities, social and natural sciences, and engineering. Carey Business School offers many different education programs, such as the MBA Programs and programs in Business of Health. The School of Education has five different departments, such as the Department of Counseling and Human Services and the Department of Special Education. The Nitze School of Advanced International Studies offers Ph.D.s and M.A.s in many different subjects. The School of Medicine offers M.D.s and Ph.D.s in many different fields.
