Cooper Union
The Cooper Union University (the full name being Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art) is a private university in New York. The most special part of The Cooper Union is that it offers a full scholarship to every single admitted student. Of course, this means that Cooper is extremely hard to get into. In fact, Cooper Union is ranked in the world as one of the ten toughest schools to get accepted to. Many people have wondered where this college could possibly get so much money. The answer is in previous students, or alumni. These private sectors donate huge amounts of money to their previous university that gave them so much. Should this generosity and faith cease to exist, Cooper would not be what it is today anymore. Cooper Union is not much of a science school, but more of an art, architecture and engineering college. Cooper is also the college that a student would go to get more direct interaction with professors and one-on-one classes.
