School of Arts & Sciences

            The Zanvyl Krieger School of Arts & Sciences at Johns Hopkins University offers undergraduates their education through its 22 departments.  These departments range from Earth and Planetary Sciences to German & Romance Languages & Literatures.  Through these departments, undergraduates are offered a wide variety of majors, minors, and certificates.  There are over 30 majors offered to undergraduates, from such majors as Physics and Mathematics to Public Health Studies and International Studies.  Undergraduates are also offered a wide variety of minors.  There are over 25 minors offered to undergraduates, such as Multicultural & Regional Studies and Spanish Language & Hispanic Culture.  There are two Certificate Programs: Art Certificate and Art Workshops.  Undergraduates attending the School of Arts & Sciences are also offered many opportunities to participate in research.  If undergraduates are in need of financial aid to participate in research, there are many opportunities to earn it.  They may earn various scholarships, grants, and fellowships, such as the NIH Undergraduate Scholarship Program.  The Zanvyl Krieger School of Arts & Sciences at Johns Hopkins University offers undergraduates a wide variety of majors, minors, and certificate programs so that they may earn a well rounded education.
