McCormick School of Engineering and Applied Science at Northwestern University offers undergraduates a wide variety of fields in which they may earn a Bachelor of Science Degree as well as several Certificate Programs and Dual Degree Programs. Undergraduates may earn a Bachelor of Science in the fields of Applied Mathematics, Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing and Design Engineering, Materials Science & Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering. Undergraduates may also earn dual degrees in Combined Music and Engineering or a combined Bachelor of Science/Master of Science Program. There are Certificate Programs for undergraduates in Business Enterprise, Biotechnology and Biochemical Engineering, Engineering Design, Cooperative Engineering Education, and Departmental Honors. McCormick School of Engineering and Applied Science also offers students an opportunity to participate in research. There are three Centers, Institutes, and Programs for research. They are the McCormick Research Centers and Institutes, VP for Research Centers, and Technology Transfer Program.
