College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences

The College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences at the University of California Davis (UC Davis) offers undergraduates courses through three departments: the Agricultural Sciences Department, Environmental Sciences Department, and Human Sciences Department. In the Agricultural Sciences Department, undergraduates may earn degrees in the fields of Animal Science, Biological and Agricultural Engineering, In each of these fields, there are various subjects in which undergraduate may earn degrees, such as in Animal Science, Biological and Agricultural Engineering, Entomology, Nematology, Plant Sciences, and Viticulture and Enology. In each of these fields, they may earn various degrees, such as in Animal Science, Animal Biology, Animal Science & Management, Agricultural & Environmental Education, and Avian Sciences. In Environmental Sciences, undergraduates are offered courses in Environmental Science and Policy, Environmental Toxicology, Environmental Design, Landscape Architecture, Land, Air, and Water Resources, and Wildlife, Fish, and Conservation. In the field of Human Sciences, undergraduates are offered courses in Agricultural and Resource Economics, Food Science and Technology, Human and Community Development, Nutrition, and Textiles and Clothing. Undergraduates attending the College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences at UC Davis are offered a vast variety of courses in three departments.
