College of Mathematics
The University of Minnesota Institute of Technology: College of Engineering, Physical Sciences, and Mathematics offers undergraduates a variety of Bachelor’s degrees that undergraduates may earn in one of 19 majors. These majors are Aerospace Engineering, Astrophysics, Byproducts and Biosystems Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Civil Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Geological Engineering, Geology, Geophysics, Materials Science and Engineering, Mathematics, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, and Statistics. There are also three minors for undergraduates attending the College of Engineering, Physical Sciences, and Mathematics. They are History of Science and Technology, Information Technology, Management. There are 17 research centers and six other centers. These centers range from the Medical Devices Center to the Center for Nanostructure Applications. Undergraduates attending the College of Engineering, Physical Sciences, and Mathematics at the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities are offered a variety of majors so that they may earn a degree in the field that they wish.
